Zabbix agent is a program for monitoring local resources and applications on network systems. This agent can be installed on Windows and *nix platforms, which allows you to combine different platforms in one service.
Requirements
1. Zabbix-server.
2. Node with OS Windows.
Installation
Download the Zabbix-agent package: for AMD64 , for i386 .
Run the downloaded installation package:
Click Next and proceed to the agreement. Check the box and click Next:
Let’s go to the agent settings. Specify the IP address or host of the Zabbix server, port (if changed), as well as other settings. If you want the node to be controlled by the master server, check the Remote command checkbox and click Next:
The next installation step allows you to select the installation path as well as the components to be installed. Click Next:
We are at the final stage. Click Install:
As a result, Zabbix-agent will be installed.
