If you have a configured physical or virtual server, then you can easily migrate its image to our infrastructure using OVF or OVA files.
To migrate a server, convert it to OVA/OVF format, and the following requirements must be met:
- the configuration does not contain any network devices or adapters;
- scsi disk type;
- HW Version is not higher than version 13.
Once your image is ready, create a support ticket to migrate to our infrastructure by attaching the image file as an attachment.
