Completing the Haraka installation on CentOS

Installation process

1.

Install :yum install nodejs12

2.

Install Haraka:npm install -g Haraka

3.

Generating a Haraka instance:haraka -i /path/to/haraka_test


This command will create a haraka_test directory with config and plugin directories.  also sets the hostname used by Haraka to the hostname output. If the hostname is incorrect, edit /path/to/haraka_test/config/host_list.

, to receive mail at user@.com, add domain.com to the /path/to/haraka_test/config/host_list file.

4.

Run Haraka as root:haraka -c /path/to/haraka_test

5.

Configuring Haraka To enable/disable plugins, edit config/plugins. Plugins control the behavior of Haraka. By default, only messages to the listed in config/host_list will be accepted and sent .

6.

Plugin manuals:haraka -h plugins/$name

This completes the installation of Haraka.
