How to Create a New Account with HostRooster Cloud Platform

Creating a New Account

When you create an account with HostRooster, you’ll need an email address.

Step #1. Go to https://HostRooster.com and click on Cloud Platform, and scroll down and click on either ‘Sign up‘ or ‘Login’ if you have already created an account.

Step#2. If you clicked on “sign up“ enter your ’email’ and a memorable ‘password’ in the appropriate fields, then click on the “sign up” button.

Step#3. Before you create your first server please visit the billing page to add a payment method. No money will be deducted from your credit or debit card until you create your first server. All customers pay upfront for new servers and are billed automatically at the start of each month.

Step#4. Once you have entered your card details. Click on ‘Add’, to add your payment card details to the system.

Create a New VPS Server

Step#5. Now click on ‘Servers’ at the top of the screen.

Step#6. You’ll see a message that says, “You don’t have any servers. Get started by adding a new server.”

Step#7. Click on ‘New Server‘. PS‘ You can click on the link or button.

Step#9. Enter a name for your server and then click on ‘Create’ to create your first server.

Step#10. Your server is now being created.

Step# 11. This process will take less than a minute. You can click on (check) to check if the server is has finished being setup.

Step#12. Once your server is ready you will see the IP address for the server show below, ‘IP’.

This means the server is ready for you to install applications onto it.

Step#13. You can click on the ‘name’ of the server to visit the server control panel.

Step#14. Well Done!. Now your ready to install your first web or PHP application.
